Gerard: Uh, we’re from New Jersey.

Mikey: Hi, I’m Mikey and I play the bass guitar.

Gerard: I’m Gerard, I sing.

Frank: [moving in front of Ray to speak, but he didn’t realize it.] I’m Frank, I scream and play guitar.

Interviewer: Just stand up, you guys.

Frank: Oh, alright.

Guys: [laugh]

Ray: Oh, nice! I’m Ray.. I play guitar.

Matt Pellisier: I’m Matt, I play drums.

Interviewer: So, you guys are from… what did you say?

Gerard: New Jersey.

Interviewer: So, what are you guys all about? What’s up with My Chemical Romance?

Gerard: Partying. We’re all about the party! [laughing]

Frank: We bring the party, actually. We have a party in the back of the trailer.. [For reference while Frank is talking everyone has decided to look at the trailer, as if they’re going to actually see a party emerge, then they turn their heads back to Frank when he speaks again.] If you open it up.. like.. girls come out and there’s like… [hand gesture]

[All the guys begin speaking at the same time, the microphone is in the vicinity of Mikey.]

Mikey: Bears… Bears on unicycles and stuff. -nods.-

Gerard: I don’t know. [shrugs]

Interviewer: Do you guys have something special you’re bringing to Hellfest.. some sort of message that you want kids to know about? Anything like that?

Gerard: Uhm… [looks at Frank] Man-

Frank: We’re here to save kid’s lives.

Gerard: Yeah!

Interviewer: What are you doing to save kid’s lives?

Gerard: We’re bringing a message.

[Everyone laughs]

Interviewer: That message being.. save kid’s lives?

Mikey: Its a rock and roll exorcism, dude!

Interviewer: A rock and roll exorcism?

Mikey: Yes.

Interviewer: Nice.
